Commercial Banking – Global Trade Solutions

Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade solutions, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are looking for high calibre professionals to join our GTS Product Management team as Senior Client Implementation Manager

Principal responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end implementations for complex Trade Solutions, from project kick-off through go-live and transition to business-as-usual.
• Partner with Coverage, GTS Sales, and Solution Structuring to coordinate delivery across the product fulfilment lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and strong client outcomes.
• Support post-sales engagement by aligning stakeholders on implementation expectations, scope, deliverables, and timelines—particularly for complex, integration-led deployments.
• Provide subject matter expertise across Trade Solutions, translating client requirements into practical, deliverable solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for strategic trade products, including commercialization and implementation, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectives
• Support product and proposition development and product management activities within GTS.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in banking, preferably in Trade Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Trade, with solid relevant experience across product management, project management, digital transformation and/or client implementation.
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives with a clear focus on speed-to-revenue, milestone delivery and risk/issue management.
• Proven client-facing delivery experience in complex implementations, coordinating stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Risk.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• University degree (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; fluency in Putonghua.
