Some partnerships are straightforward. Others require an experienced explorer.

My client is searching for a Senior Client Success Manager to navigate complex client environments, uncover opportunities and lead high-value sustainability initiatives from discovery to delivery.

You'll be venturing through intricate stakeholder networks, project timelines and strategic objectives, ensuring every client reaches their destination successfully.

Your toolkit?

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience managing strategic client relationships
• Strong project management and commercial acumen
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience within Sustainability, ESG, SaaS or Professional Services
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
• CRM and project management expertise

This isn't a role for someone who follows the map.

It's for someone who creates the map, anticipates obstacles and discovers opportunities others overlook.

The clients are waiting. The mission has begun.
