Senior Client Officer (Customer Services)

Responsibilities:

• Review handover planning and procedures with the Project/ Property Management teams
• Participate in the handover process for selected special buyers
• Follow up on defect rectification and inquiries from special buyers
• Perform after-sales services
• Support and participate in sales launches
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with customer services experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from reputable Property Developers
• Proactive, patient, customer-oriented, detail-minded and a team player
• Strong customer service sense and communication skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Hands-on PC skills including MS Word and Excel
• Work on roster basis is required
