Senior Client Onboarding Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle account opening processes for various client types, including institutional, corporate, high-net-worth individuals, and EAM clients, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Maintain and timely update relevant policies and procedures related to client on-boarding and account review to ensure compliance with relevant AML policies and legal and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for client data management, updating records, and ensuring the timely review, maintenance, and update of customer data within the system.
• Participate in the enhancement and optimization of the client relationship management system. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Lead strategic initiatives and mentor junior staff.
• Provide support to the team and carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance or related fields.
• SFC Type 1 licensed.
• 5-10+ years’ experience in onboarding/ client servicing in wealth management or financial services, or less experience with exceptional potential
• Attentive to details, compliance and control-oriented, diligent, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word and Excel.
