What they need
- 6 months to 2 years experience in technical support in computer hardware/OS
- Experience in installation of Windows, Configuration, Technical Troubleshooting and Remote support
- IT admin kind of role with system troubleshooting and remote maintenance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:
- Excellent English communication Verbal Written
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts (Fixed Night Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am)
- Ability to work independently or as team worker
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability
- 2 to 3 years experience in technical support role).
- Education Bachelor s degree (B.E./ B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Computer Sciences
- Shift Timings and working days
