Senior Client Relationship Executive

Job Summary

As a Sr. Client Relations Executive, you will be involved in promoting and prospecting for our specialist medical reports throughout Malaysia. In line with our growth and expansion, we are looking for candidates to fulfill this role in our organization.

Job Description

1. To visit and communicate with legal firms in order to build good rapport and develop customer relationships.

2. To create awareness of our product and services.

3. To handle inquiries about our services and availability of specialists.

4. To assist with marketing plans

5. To search legal firms on Google and Website.

6. To make phone calls to law firms and reply to emails promptly.

7. Follow up and clarify with legal firms and give them free dates for Dr.'s approval.

8. Work closely with the general manager and marketing team.

9. To update the general manager on a daily basis via WhatsApp.

Requirement

Ø Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Management or a Diploma in marketing or any related field

Ø Required language(s) (Spoken & written): English

Ø Full-time position only

Ø Willing to travel out of base (as and when required)

Ø Own transport and valid driver's license

Ø Must be able to multitask

Ø Creativity and problem-solving skills

Ø Good observation and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail

Ø Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure

Ø Ability to convince the firms or lawyers.
