Senior Client Service Agent

We’re looking for another dynamic individual to join the commercial lines teams!

A Senior Client Service Agent (CSA) will partner with Whitaker-Myers team members to ensure quality service for all assigned accounts and others as necessary. The applicant must be knowledgeable in coverages and carriers we represent, must maintain and develop rapport with clients, underwriters, and coworkers, and will assist the sales team in developing/growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
• Address and resolve client questions and issues via email, phone, or in person and follow up as necessary to ensure a resolution
• Collect appropriate renewal information and market as necessary
• Assemble proposals and other presentation documents for client meetings
• Maintain daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, & auto ID cards, etc. and document everything in the agency management system
• Follow the organization's communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

• Licensed Insurance agent – maintaining license and CE as required by state
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance, 5 years’ preferred
• High school graduate or equivalent education or industry related training
• Proficient in office products such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to adapt/respond to a wide variety of clients/personalities in a professional manner
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service agent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
