Senior Analyst, Client Servicing - Venture Capital

We’re partnering with a highly regarded investment firm seeking an Investor Services / LP Operations professional to join their growing team.

This position is ideal for someone with 4–6 years of experience supporting investor relations, client services, or fund operations within a private equity or venture capital environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to LP requests and investor inquiries
• Supporting investor reporting and financial data requests (ILPA and related reporting)
• Preparing bespoke investor calculations and performance metrics
• Coordinating cross-functionally with accounting, legal, tax, compliance, and external service providers
• Maintaining investor data and helping improve internal systems/processes

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong understanding of VC/PE fund structures and operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advanced Excel skills; exposure to tools like Alteryx is a plus
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
