Senior Client Services Representative

Our client is a highly regarded, boutique and progressive accounting and advisory firm with a strong reputation for providing exceptional service and building trusted, long-term relationships with their clients.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services professional to join their growing practice. This is a diverse opportunity to work closely with a team of Accountants and Bookkeepers while supporting a diverse client base.

About the Role

As a Senior Client Services professional, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. Working closely with Accountants, Bookkeepers and clients, you will manage a broad range of client services, compliance and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating client onboarding and offboarding.
• Managing ASIC and Corporate Secretarial administration and compliance.
• Liaising with the ATO regarding payment plans, remissions and client matters.
• Providing client services and administrative support to Accountants and Bookkeepers.
• Preparing correspondence and client documentation.
• Supporting the broader team with administrative requirements.
• Assisting with improving systems, processes and client service delivery.
• Utilising Xero, XPM and CAS 360.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working within an Australian public practice accounting firm and understand the fast-paced nature of a professional services environment.

You will also bring:

• 2+ years' experience in a Client Services role within an Australian CA or CPA accounting practice.
• Experience with Xero, XPM, CAS 360, BGL and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of ASIC compliance and accounting practice workflows.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, "can do" attitude and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• A genuine commitment to providing excellent client service.
• Clear police and credit checks.
• Full working rights in Australia.
