Position: Senior Client Servicing Executive - Events

Experience: 4-6 yrs

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role : -

• Handle day-to-day client communication for corporate events, activations and experiential projects.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs, coordinate creative and production teams, follow up on approvals and payments, prepare presentations and quotations, and support on-ground execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, resolve issues proactively and build trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Understand event objectives, requirements, budgets and expectations.
• Prepare client briefs, proposals, quotations, presentations and project updates.
• Coordinate with creative, production, operations and vendor teams.
• Manage approvals, feedback, timelines, deliverables and payments.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, site visits and events.
• Handle escalations, last-minute changes and execution challenges professionally.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to agreed quality standards.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention and repeat business.
• Maintain project documentation and provide post-event reports.

Preferred Qualifications : -

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Hospitality, Event Management or related field.
• Prior experience in an event, experiential, activation, exhibition or advertising agency preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
