Outside these hours, team members have the freedom to organise their own working hours, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Despite remote working arrangements, the team maintains strong connections, encouraging collaboration with a network of peers.

In addition, they will assist the Clinical Coding & Data Quality Manager in monitoring daily worklists and offering guidance and mentorship to less experienced clinical coders.
A key aspect of this role involves handling inquiries related to the clinical coding process, collaborating with senior clinical staff, performing data quality checks, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings.
