JOB PURPOSE

The Senior / Clinical Informatics Analyst drives the development, implementation, and optimisation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and related systems. This position involves requirements gathering, workflow analysis and redesign, master data management, system configuration, project execution, data analysis, junior team mentoring and clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders’ engagement to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas of Responsibility

• Drive requirements gathering and conduct detailed needs assessments
• Design, build and optimise EMR systems to meet operational requirements
• Manage comprehensive testing activities
• Evaluate and optimise clinical workflows
• Conduct data analysis for decision support and improvement
• Manage small to medium-scale informatics projects
• Mentor junior analysts
• Drive stakeholder engagement and system adoption

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Training/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, business analytics or related field
• Epic and Health Informatics certification (e.g. AMIA 10x10, CPHIMS) preferred
• Healthcare operations or clinical setting experience is preferred
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
