Qualifications

• Master’s degree, PsyD, or PhD in ABA, psychology, special education, early childhood development, pediatric therapy, or related field.
• BCBA® in good standing for a minimum of 4 years.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising ABA programs.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams.
• Strong ABA, clinical, leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

The Senior Clinical Manager provides regional leadership, oversight, and mentorship to Clinical Managers and their teams, supporting high-quality clinical programming, operational performance, staff development, and compliance. Success in this role means developing strong leaders, strengthening clinical quality, and helping teams achieve organizational and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Clinical Managers and their teams.
• Oversee regional clinical quality, caseloads, operations, productivity, and performance.
• Review treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
• Provide consultation and oversight on complex clinical and operational matters.
• Monitor outcomes, client satisfaction, productivity, and compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership on training, staffing, operations, and continuous improvement.
