A leading global clinical research organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join its sponsor-dedicated team.

🔬 The Role

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Assess site performance, identify risks and resolve issues to support successful study delivery.
• Oversee data quality, integrity and timely reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff and fellow CRAs.
• Build strong relationships with investigators, site teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

✅ Your Profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine or a related discipline.
• Extensive CRA experience, with the ability to monitor independently.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, monitoring practices and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% .
