Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer

We’re transforming a large-scale enterprise product into a cloud-native SaaS offering to support multiple customers in their journey to the cloud.

This is a high-impact technical leadership role where you’ll own key architectural decisions, guide DevOps practices across teams, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and production-ready.

Tasks

• Define and lead DevOps strategy for our cloud-based SaaS transformation
• Design, build, and evolve production-grade infrastructure on across hyperscaler cloud environments
• Architect and oversee Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) environments at scale
• Drive adoption of GitOps workflows (Argo CD, GitHub) and CI/CD automation
• Standardize Infrastructure as Code with Terraform across all environments
• Establish and improve observability (logging, monitoring, alerting, incident response)
• Ensure cloud security, RBAC, and secret management best practices are applied
• Collaborate with architects, backend teams, and stakeholders to support delivery at scale
• Provide technical leadership to other engineers and support knowledge sharing across teams

Requirements

• Extensive (5+ years) experience designing and running large-scale systems on Azure/GCP/AWS.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, ideally with strong AKS/EKS/GKE production experience
• Proven track record leading GitOps-based delivery (e.g., Argo CD)
• Strong skills in Terraform and CI/CD systems
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, including virtual networks/VPCs, DNS, security groups/network security rules, peering, routing, and private connectivity
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Good understanding of cloud security and secret management
• Hands-on experience with Helm or Kustomize for Kubernetes configuration management
• Fluent in English
