Senior Cloud Application Engineer

We’re supporting a growing cloud services provider in finding a Senior Linux Engineer to join its Cloud Applications team and contribute to the development and operation of cutting-edge cloud-native solutions.

💻 What you’ll be doing

• Implementing, operating and continuously improving cloud-native applications across Kubernetes, OpenStack and bare-metal environments.
• Managing deployments through GitOps and CI/CD pipelines , using tools such as ArgoCD, Ansible and Terraform.
• Developing automation and management tools using Go, Python or Bash.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Contributing to a 24/7 on-call rota to ensure reliable application operations.
• Supporting observability and monitoring using Grafana, Thanos, Alertmanager and Elasticsearch.

🔍 What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Ansible and Terraform .
• Solid knowledge o f Linux-based infrastructure design and operations.
• Experience with GitOps, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Programming experience with Go, Python or Bash.
• A good understanding of cloud-native technologies and microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Nginx, HAProxy, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Prometheus or Grafana.
• A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously develop your technical skills.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential
• Italian language skills would be a strong advantage
• Must come from MSP or Systemsprovider
