Your Task

We are seeking a Technology Architect with hands-on experience in T Cloud Public and deep expertise in public cloud architecture. This role focuses on designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions with strong emphasis on security, compliance, and enterprise-grade architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect public cloud solutions with deep expertise in cloud architecture
• Implement and manage VPC networking configurations
• Design and implement IAM and federation solutions
• Architect cloud security frameworks and implementations
• Design and manage Kubernetes and container platforms
• Implement logging and observability platforms
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment
• Design disaster recovery and high availability architecture solutions
• Design C5 and GDPR compliant cloud environments
• Maintain audit-ready documentation practices
• Apply enterprise security frameworks to cloud architectures

Your Profile

We are looking for a Technology Architect with deep expertise in public cloud architecture, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), strong infrastructure automation skills, and comprehensive knowledge of cloud security, networking, and compliance frameworks.

Must Have Skills

• Technology architect experience with hands-on T Cloud Public experience
• Deep expertise in public cloud architecture
• Strong understanding of VPC networking
• Strong understanding of IAM and federation
• Strong understanding of cloud security architecture
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and container platforms
• Strong understanding of logging and observability platforms
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform (mandatory)
• CI/CD integration for infrastructure
• Strong Linux knowledge
• Strong networking knowledge
• Disaster recovery and high availability architecture experience
• Experience designing C5 compliant environments
• Experience designing GDPR compliant environments
• Audit-ready documentation practices
• Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks
• 3+ years of professional experience in the IT industry or telecommunications
• Understanding of cloud engineering methods, applications, and best practices across cloud service providers
• Experience assessing, customizing, troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining current and emerging technologies, platforms, and applications
• Experience with cloud orchestration tools and continuous delivery processes to deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (DevOps)
• Experience with modern tools for collaboration in an agile environment (e.g. GitHub, JIRA, Confluence)
• Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches to solutions
• Demonstrated proficiency in automating processes with GitHub
• Demonstrated proficiency in automating processes with Ansible
• Demonstrated proficiency in automating processes with Terraform
• Demonstrated proficiency in automating processes with Packer
• Demonstrated proficiency in automating processes with PowerShell
• Demonstrated proficiency in automating processes with Python
• Experience with use of remote APIs
• Experience working with containers and container orchestration systems
• Experience with hardening practices
• Experience implementing, managing, and supporting security products to protect workloads on the platform
• Minimum B2 German language knowledge for contacting customers
• Fluent English

Nice to Have Skills

• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with other Hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
