Roles and Responsibility - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient coding processes.

• Develop and implement coding standards and best practices to enhance quality and productivity.

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for process enhancements.

• Train and support junior coders to improve their skills and knowledge.

• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Stay updated with changes in coding regulations and guidelines to improve coding practices. Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of coding principles and practices, including medical terminology and anatomy.

• Experience with healthcare management services, preferably in a similar role.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with industry-standard coding software and tools, such as Epic Systems or other electronic health records systems.
