Senior Collection System Analyst

About the role

The Senior Collection System Analyst is responsible for analyzing, supporting, and improving systems that enable Collection operations, with EFS as a key system, as well as other Collection-related systems and future technology initiatives. The role works closely with Collection Business, IT teams, and external technology vendors to translate business requirements into system solutions, support project implementation, and ensure effective system operation.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned Collection systems, including EFS and other Collection-related applications
• Understand system functionality, business processes, system flows, and operational dependencies
• Identify system issues, gaps, and opportunities for system or process improvement
• Investigate and coordinate the resolution of system incidents and production issues with IT and vendors
• Support system changes, user access, and operational activities related to assigned systems
• Maintain system documentation and support system governance, audit, and compliance requirements
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Collection users and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable system requirements
• Prepare and review test scenarios and test cases based on business and system requirements
• Coordinate and support SIT and UAT activities with Business, IT, and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst, System Analyst, Application Support, IT Project, or related roles
• Experience working with business users, IT teams, and/or external technology vendors
• Experience in system implementation, enhancement, testing, or production support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business processes and system requirements
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and coordinate with English-speaking stakeholders and technology vendors
