Job Description

• Oversee and manage the collections process to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Maintain and update accurate records of customer accounts and payment history.
• Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve billing issues.
• Prepare regular reports on collection status and account receivables.
• Analyze customer payment trends and recommend improvements to the collection process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

The Successful Applicant A Successful Senior Collections Analyst Should Have

• Experience handling global accounts.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools relevant to collections management.
• Experience in HighRadius and Oracle.
• Experience in collections or account receivables with a multinational company.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
