Senior Commisioning Manager - Data Center (Electrical / MVAC) - Client Side

A Data Center conglomerate is currently looking for a Senior Testing & Commissioning Manager / Electrical Manager to manage their new Data Center project in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Project Head, you are expected to oversee testing and commissioning strategy, planning and execution for the project
• Review installation status, pre-commissioning readiness, test prerequisites, authority requirements and access arrangements before formal testing activities.
• Carry out and manage and monitor the testing and commissioning programme, method statements, trackers, readiness plans and reporting workflow.
• Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, commissioning agents and client teams on testing sequence, witness inspections, hold points and issue resolution.
• Lead and work with planning and project teams to align commissioning milestones with construction progress, energization, phased turnover and client operational requirements.

Requirement

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience with data center, mission critical or large-scale MEP projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability understanding of electrical, MVAC, fire services, ELV and related system interface.
• Experience with O&M manual close-out, training coordination and asset handover requirements.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
