Role Description

Seeking an accomplished Change Management & Enterprise Communication Lead to direct rollout

campaigns and organizational readiness initiatives for an international corporate client. Governs

change readiness and strategic communications across global pilot and deployment phases.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Start: ASAP

Duration: Long-term (40 days thru 2026, 50 days in Q1 /2027+)

Location: Vienna, Austria (Hybrid – 1 day/week on-site)

Languages: English (Fluent), German (good-to-have, but not mandatory)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directs comprehensive enterprise messaging roadmaps and targeted rollout campaigns.
• Orchestrates cross-functional alignment across technical delivery squads, business leadership, and user bases.
• Authors executive collateral, enablement assets, corporate announcements, and user guidance documentation.
• Establishes standardized communication governance protocols and approval workflows.
• Drives organizational change enablement to accelerate product adoption and platform enablement.
• Designs user sentiment frameworks, survey channels, and stakeholder feedback loops.
• Evaluates communication metrics to optimize messaging effectiveness and engagement delivery.
• Aligns program deliverables with internal communications teams and technical project leads.
• Ensures strict adherence to corporate branding guidelines and leadership expectations.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated track record directing enterprise communication strategy and change management execution.
• Strong stakeholder management bridging corporate leadership, functional business units, and operational teams.
• Practical experience supporting large-scale system deployments, pilot releases, and global rollouts.
• Proven capability translating complex technical architectures into impactful, stakeholder-aligned communications.
• Deep comprehension of enterprise governance frameworks and corporate brand compliance standards.
• Exemplary organizational alignment, leadership presence, and facilitation capabilities.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior involvement steering digital transformation adoption initiatives highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with user adoption metrics, sentiment analytics, and research methodologies.
• Background navigating complex, highly regulated multinational environments.
• Working knowledge of modern Agile project delivery methodologies.

ENGAGEMENT SCOPE

Presents a high-impact strategic engagement requiring experienced Change Leads to govern

multi-faceted communication and adoption frameworks, operating primarily remote with localized

presence in Vienna for one day a week.
