Senior / Communications Officer

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute programs and campaigns on communications in format of regular events and activities like tours, seminars, sponsorship, business-related networking events, community events and etc. from preparation to on-site support
• Keen awareness of current affairs and government policies in fast changing business environment
• Co-ordinate with industry partners, government bodies, mainland and business associations
• Member acquisition and retention and provide high quality services to members
• Strong writing skills, capable of providing appropriate communication means for promotion and publicity of projects including newsletters, websites and social medias and etc.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support and handle daily correspondence
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and / or management from time to time

Requirements

• Degree or diploma holder, with at least 3 years relevant working experience in PR & Communications, Business, Journalism and related disciplines
• Experience in working business associations is preferred, but not essential
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin
• Have good interpersonal and problem-solving skill, highly motivated and outgoing personality
• Able to work independently, well-organized, meet tight deadlines and be a good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferred
