- Manage compensation and benefits programs for India and US employees
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive programs
- Administer insurance and employee benefits programs
- Manage short-term and long-term incentive plans
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits policies
Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience
- Experience in India & US compensation programs
- Compensation benchmarking and salary surveys
- Knowledge of bonus, STI, LTI, and insurance benefits
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
