This will be a hybrid position 3x per week in the office and it will report to the CHRO. Our client is growing. They have a phenomenal culture and offer great benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Compensation Review Cycle- salary benchmarking, merit increases, bonuses
- Compensation Analysis
- Compensation program administration
- Job evaluation, market pricing and compensation benchmarking
- Compensation surveys
- Compensation policy and processes
- Compliance
- Incentive compensation program administration
- Compensation reporting
- Compensation inquiries
- Partner with CHRO and Finance regarding compensation budgeting & forecasting
- Compensation communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience
