Senior Compensation and Benefit Officer

POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent will report to HR Manager in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and HRIS. Being actively involved in C&B functions for payroll calculation and prepares HR analytics for management insight. Also supporting employee performance, engagement and other HR projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and handle in full spectrum of C&B operation including but not limited to payroll calculation, benefits, insurance, taxation, pension administration
• Maintain employee personal data, leave record and attendance records in HRIS
• Manage in work injury case, follow up with insurers and authorities, and ensure proper documentation and resolution.
• Assist in preparing annual performance appraisal and annual HR exercises. Provide accurate data and reports to support HR Manager review and decision‑making.
• Participate in HR projects and ad hoc HR initiatives

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Higher diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on compensation & benefits experience, including monthly payroll, tax reporting, MPF and benefits administration
• Resourceful and well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
• Good numerical sense and analytical skills
• A strong sense of responsibility, independent, well-organized, analytical, a good-team-player and able to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills
• Self-driven with commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Human Resources Officer
