About us: iNCUBE8 is an Animation & VFX school training the next generation of production-ready artists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced training in Nuke, compositing, keying, roto, paint, and DMP.
• Teach color science, ACES, linear workflows, and 2.5D/3D projections.
• Develop industry-aligned curriculum.
• Mentor students on projects, showreels, and portfolios.
• Conduct dailies and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with CG, Lighting, and Matchmove teams.
• Organize workshops, masterclasses, and industry interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of VFX production experience as a Senior Compositor or Lead.
• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in Nuke, Silhouette, and After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of compositing, color management, and image integration.
• Familiarity with Maya, Blender, Houdini, 3DEqualizer, and Python.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
