*************ROLE OVERVIEW*************

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 810 years of experience, including 5+ years in

Computer Vision and Deep Learning. The candidate will lead the design, development, deployment

and monitoring of production-grade AI/ML and Computer Vision solutions and provide technical

leadership to AI/ML engineers.

*************KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*************

• Design scalable AI/ML and Computer Vision architectures.
• Own the ML lifecycle covering data preparation, annotation, model selection, training, fine-tuning,
• evaluation, optimization, deployment and monitoring.
• Build Image/Video Processing solutions using Object Detection, Classification, Segmentation,
• Tracking, OCR and Action Recognition.
• Design real-time and batch inference pipelines and Edge-to-Cloud AI architectures.
• Optimize models for CPU, GPU, Cloud and Edge environments.
• Establish MLOps, CI/CD, Model Registry, versioning, rollback, retraining and monitoring practices.
• Conduct architecture/code reviews and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Evaluate pretrained models, managed AI/ML services and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with Backend, Cloud, Data, Security, DevOps and Product teams.
• Mentor AI/ML engineers and provide technical leadership.

• Real-Time Inference Optimization

• Python, PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, OpenCV
• NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn
• YOLO, RT-DETR, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN or equivalent
• ByteTrack, DeepSORT, MediaPipe or equivalent
• PaddleOCR, EasyOCR, Tesseract or custom OCR models
• Hugging Face, ONNX/ONNX Runtime
• TensorRT and/or OpenVINO

• RTSP, ONVIF, FFmpeg and/or GStreamer
• Video decoding, sampling, preprocessing, codecs, FPS and bitrate
• Real-time inference pipelines, buffering, reconnection and fault handling
• NVIDIA GPU, Edge AI, Model Quantization, Pruning and Acceleration
• NVIDIA Jetson or equivalent edge hardware is desirable

• Azure and AWS Cloud experience is required for successful effective leadership for this role

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Electronics or related

discipline. Relevant Azure, AWS, AI/ML or Computer Vision certifications are advantageous.

*************EXPERIENCE*************

• 810 years overall experience in AI/ML and Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of focused experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning.
• Experience taking AI/ML solutions from experimentation/research through production

deployment, with technical leadership and mentoring experience.
