Senior Computer Vision Engineer

Job Summary

Duties

• Design and implement scalable machine learning models for large-scale AI applications, ensuring robustness and efficiency in deployment.
• Conduct research in unsupervised learning techniques and statistical analysis to improve model accuracy and generalization capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into distributed systems, robotics platforms, or cloud environments utilizing AWS and Linux-based infrastructures.
• Develop innovative solutions leveraging deep learning, generative AI, signal processing, and data mining to enhance product features or research outcomes.
• Publish findings regularly in conference proceedings and peer-reviewed journals to contribute to the scientific community’s knowledge base.
• Support model training, fine-tuning, and deployment processes while maintaining rigorous documentation of algorithms and experimental results.

Experience

• Proven experience in developing large-scale AI models within a research or industrial setting with a focus on computer vision or machine learning/AI-based analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, C#, Java, R, MATLAB, and SQL for software development, data analysis, and algorithm implementation.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deep learning techniques including generative AI.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS for deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Background in developing algorithms for image processing, signal processing, robotics applications, or quantum engineering is advantageous.
• Experience working within research environments with a focus on quantitative applied research or model training for AI models.
• Demonstrated ability to publish research papers in peer-reviewed conferences or journals related to computer vision or machine learning disciplines.
• Knowledge of distributed systems architecture and experience with software development best practices for scalable deployment is preferred.
