Responsibilities:

  • Architect and manage advanced configuration tracking frameworks to maintain precise records of physical and functional modifications over the platform lifecycle.
  • Enforce and optimize government-instituted directives for formal technical data management, document control lifecycles, and change management procedures.
  • Serves as a primary technical advisor and liaison during Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), engineering review panels, and stakeholder synchronization meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in configuration control, change management, or defense data analysis performing the functional duties described above.
  • Mastery of military configuration management standards (such as MIL-HDBK-61A) and a deep understanding of NAVAIR engineering change workflows and program office (PMA) structures.
  • Elite analytical and problem-solving capabilities, exceptional technical drafting skills, and the leadership presence required to guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
