SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (ARCHITECTURE)

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and control architectural and building construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and schedule requirements.
• Prepare, update, and monitor master, monthly, and weekly construction schedules to track overall work progress.
• Review and coordinate design drawings, shop drawings, BOQ quantities, and work volumes with the Planning and QS teams.
• Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and site performance to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate material requirements and procurement schedules with the Procurement Team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare method statements, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.

II. EDUCATION, AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 15 years of construction experience, including 10 years in a managerial role handling building construction projects.
• Knowledge of Philippine construction standards and Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).
• Experience working with a Japanese construction company is an advantage.
• Licensed Architect Engineer is preferred.
