Senior Construction Manager (Saudi National)

JASARA PMC is searching for a Senior Construction Manager for their landmark endeavor poised to redefine the construction landscape. You will play a key role in driving quality, safety, and performance while collaborating closely with a range of stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors. Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the construction activities for the project from inception to completion
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain vision and clarity in project execution
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction phase in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 15 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience in large-scale projects
• Prior experience in managing cultural or civic projects is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Fluency in English
• Saudi candidates are highly preferred
