• Planned vs. actual progress
• Schedule variance
• Delay analysis
• Productivity tracking
• Earned Value Management (EVM)

3. Contractor Management

• Contractor/subcontractor performance monitoring
• Evaluating contractor capability
• Tracking manpower, equipment and productivity
• Identifying contractor delays and performance risks
• Contractor KPI development

4. Procurement & Construction Coordination

• Procurement schedules
• Long-lead materials
• Material delivery tracking
• Vendor coordination
• BOQ and quantity understanding
