Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential projects ranging from $1 million to $6 million. The ideal candidate will manage projects from pre-construction through final handoff, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and schedule timelines internally and with clients.

Team & Contractor Management

• Lead and supervise site superintendents, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Client Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and design partners.
• Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and address client concerns promptly.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout all phases of construction.

Quality & Safety Control

• Perform inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance on job sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in residential construction management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permits, and residential construction methods.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential projects ($1M–$6M) on time and within budget.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with luxury/custom home projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 (based on experience)
