Full-time, Part-time and Hybrid opportunities available About Us We’re Nine Feet Tall … and growing! We’re a management consultancy that specialises in delivering complex business change, combining the power of people and technology. Over the last twenty years, we have created significant value for our clients across a range of industry sectors. We take the pain out of change and strive to help the transition to new ways of working.

Our Consultants come from all backgrounds but have one thing in common – we use our core values to guide our decision making - acting with integrity and doing the right thing, always striving for excellence and delivering with real passion.

If you’re already in the world of consulting but it doesn’t feel right, come and talk to us. Alternatively, if you’re looking for more variety in your work and feel that consulting could be an option for you, we’d love to hear from you.

About You Your career to date may have touched on all sorts of disciplines – Business Analysis, IT Project Management, PMO, Change Management - and you’re looking for a role where you get the diversity of opportunity to continue with each element.

You’ll be ready to play a key role in the delivery of client engagements. You’ll get to take the lead on specific deliverables and flex your project know-how on critical workstreams.

You’ll also enjoy helping less experienced members of the team make the same journey you have, sharing your technical expertise.

The Role The Senior Consultant role is one of the most diverse positions we have. You could be running workshops, delivering projects or helping to manage change - and you'll get experience of all kinds of client engagements in a range of sectors. It's a role that can really fast-track your career.

This is a hands-on delivery role that will start to pull together all the key skills and attributes that you've gained so far, whilst also seeking out and developing the skills you probably haven't had the chance to fully engage with yet. You'll also have lots of opportunity to build Nine Feet Tall by contributing to internal initiatives and projects.

Why Apply? Be part of a great Sunday Times award winning team! As a Senior Consultant you will have real responsibility for client delivery, contributing within complex programmes and owning workstreams in our smaller projects. You will see the direct impact of your contribution and growth as a project professional. You will reap the benefits of our learning and development programme - through both internal training and external qualifications/accreditations.

We deliver all the capabilities of large consultancy with far less jargon and a lot more personality!

As an employer, we’re proud to be truly flexible. We work hard to help our team find balance in their working and personal lives. That’s why we’re happy to consider applicants on either a full-time or flexible working basis. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to combine working from home, travel to client site and time spent in our office in Bath to collaborate and see the team, for training and for our regular Company Days that play a big role in our cohesive team culture.

Remuneration Competitive salary + twice yearly bonus + generous benefits package

Nine Feet Tall is an equal opportunities employer. We know that the principles of diversity, equality and inclusion are key to being a successful and dynamic business - with a team which is engaged and where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is happy to be themselves.
