The Deloitte – Asset Management Team provides a dynamic environment where you will work on challenging projects, across a range of high-profile client organisations.

What will your typical day look like? In this Perth based role, you will engage directly with high profile public and private sector clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their priority asset and operational related problems.

You will also:

• Work with a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive profitability and performance
• Work on some of the most challenging private and public sector programs across sectors including Mining, Ports, Energy and Utilities.

About The Team Our Australian team draws on hands-on industry expertise and extensive experience from some of the world's largest operations and asset intensive projects. The team enables clients to set up, build and run projects with greater confidence in the results. We bring our clients this confidence through our focussed offerings, driving improved performance across transformation and operations through the application of digital technologies, business intelligence and analytics and support to project development, delivery, commissioning, operations and management.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You. In response to strong client demand for our services we are currently seeking outstanding consultants for our Asset Management team. We encourage anyone with asset management, operations or transformation / change experience across variety of industries, such as mining, energy and resources and transportation to apply.

You are someone with:

• 3-5 years’ experience in asset-intensive industries (preferably mining), with demonstrated expertise in maintenance and asset management, including mechanical, electrical, reliability, or related engineering disciplines.
• Junior role ideal for a motivated individual seeking career progression, professional development, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team.
• Experience applying asset management, maintenance and reliability improvement methodologies to support asset performance, risk management and operational outcomes.
• Developed analytical skills (desktop research, data analysis, technical review) with a track record for solving complex problems and the ability to exercise mature judgement
• Proficiency in CMMS Software (SAP) (Preferred)
• Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
• Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas
• Strong sense of team and passion to develop others as well as self

Specific experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable:

• Operations improvement, reliability Improvement, transformation or implementation/delivery background in Mining, Energy and Resources or similar sectors
• Experience in the use of structured consulting approaches / frameworks
• An understanding of AI, digital technologies and data analytics, and how these are applied to optimise business outcomes.
