(Senior) Consultant

The position will be based in our Shanghai office. You will be an important pillar of the assignment providing pragmatic advice that generate real business impact for our clients. Specifically, you will:

• Lead, guide and develop individual team members
• Interact with the client’s management team
• Take charge of the day-to-day execution of the mandated projects and take ownership of the deliverable
• Participate in the development of the office: hire new promising candidates, identify prospective clients and prepare pitch etc.

Required Skills 3-5 years of management or consulting experience in a reputed company / institute with a proven track record

• Expertise in key industries, notably consumer goods, retail, or industrials
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
• Solid functional knowledge such as strategy, business development, marketing and sales, etc.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Demonstrated leadership capability in a team environment: take initiatives and resolve problems in an innovative manner, create opportunities for others, and take risks as seen through leadership roles

Other Qualifications

• Degree from a top-tier university, MBA a plus but not required
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
