We partner with ambitious organisations on complex, fast‑moving work across a wide range of industries. We’re adding an exceptional Senior Consultant to our flat, high‑trust team. Someone who thinks strategically, gets things done, and delivers what and when they say they will.

You’ll be a senior operator who owns outcomes: managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tightening operations and reporting, and putting structure and momentum around deliverables.

What you'll do

• Conduct business assessments to identify constraints on productivity, profitability and cashflow, and define clear priorities for action.
• Develop and execute short and long‑term turnaround and growth strategies, including creating and delivering practical business plans.
• Analyse financial performance across P&L, cashflow and balance sheets to identify inefficiencies, refine spend and improve margins.
• Drive change at pace, making sound commercial decisions and maintaining momentum in complex or under‑performing environments.
• Lead and manage complex projects end‑to‑end, setting clear structures, agendas and milestones, and actively tracking risks, issues and actions.
• Prepare high‑quality financial summaries and packs, including budgets, cashflow forecasts, term sheet comparisons, drawdown SOPs and lender‑ready documentation.
• Improve workflows, reporting and governance frameworks to support better decision‑making and accountability.
• Coordinate external specialists and advisors, ensuring inputs are aligned and outcomes delivered.
• Mentor and support management teams, building capability while holding leaders to account through periods of change.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, boards, lenders, project managers and frontline leaders, influencing across multiple levels of an organisation.
