Job Summary The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing technical development projects related to python, C++, and Java. The primary objective is to drive the successful implementation of complex technical solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using python, c++, and java.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and implement effective solutions to optimize system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in python, c++, and java technologies to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
