Senior Consultant

A senior recruitment consultant manages client accounts, leads business development, and places top-tier talent into specialized professional roles.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Win new client accounts and expand existing business through proactive sales.
• Client Partnership: Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary rates, and talent availability.
• Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview candidates using networks and digital tools.
• Offer Negotiation: Guide salary and contract discussions between employers and preferred candidates.
• Mentorship: Support and train junior team members or delivery consultants

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of recruitment or B2B sales experience, often 6+ years total Banking or Commercial background.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in a specialized vertical (such as Banking, Finance, Technology etc.)
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Drive: Strong target orientation with a proven track record in revenue generation or billing.
