Responsibilities

Sales & Regional Pre-Sales Support

• Partner closely with sales teams and extended global pre-sales teams to advance opportunities for CDP, Marketing Automation and Active Content.

• Work closely with North America pre-Sales team to extend pre-sales capacity, coordinate responses and build custom demonstrations

• Serve as a key pre-sales resource for the Asia sales organization, supporting customer discovery, solution development, presentations & demonstrations

• Actively participate in RFP/RFI responses and POCs, supporting solution design and demonstrations

• Develop reusable solution assets, demos, use cases and industry-specific presentations that can be leveraged by regional and offshore sales/pre-sales teams.

• Work closely with regional Sales teams, offshore Pre-Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Product Marketing

  Customer & Solution Engagement

• Conduct customer discovery sessions, solution workshops, product demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Understand customer business requirements and translate them into solution designs using RCDP, Marketing Automation and Active Content.

• Be hands-on and comfortable working across CDP, Marketing Automation and Active Content platforms to build and deliver compelling, engaging and use-case-driven product demonstrations

• Support POCs and pilots, including defining use cases, solution scope, success criteria and demonstrations of business value.

• Strong technical understanding of modern integration technologies, including REST APIs/web services, data ingestion, webhooks, real-time events and MarTech integrations.

• Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML and JavaScript, with the ability to rapidly build prototypes and proof-of-concepts using APIs, developer tools and AI-assisted coding vibe coding

• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to conduct market research, competitive insights and opportunity analysis

• Stay current on the CDP, Marketing Automation, Personalization and MarTech ecosystem, including competitive platforms and emerging AI capabilities.

  Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in MarTech pre-sales, solution consulting, sales engineering or a related customer-facing technical role.

• Experience with CDP, Marketing Automation tools or campaign execution tools

• Strong understanding of email marketing, mobile marketing, SMS, push notifications, customer journeys and omnichannel campaign execution.

• Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, MoEngage, Clevertap, Iterable, Klaviyo, Bloomreach or similar platforms.

• Good understanding of customer data, segmentation, identity resolution, audience creation, personalization and activation.

• Ability to understand technical architecture and explain complex concepts to both business and technical audiences.

• Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.

• Experience developing solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations, POCs.

• Proven ability to work effectively with regional Sales teams and distributed/offshore Pre-Sales teams.

• Comfortable working across multiple geographies, time zones and cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
