Senior Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team and support the growth of our business in Sweden. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and senior expert, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality consulting engagements and drive business impact. In addition to client work, you will play a key role in developing and commercializing our service offerings for the Swedish market. As our operations continue to grow, this role may also evolve into leading and developing a team of consultants and experts.

What you'll do Act as a senior expert in client engagements mostly within the banking sector, providing advisory services and delivering consulting projects Build trusted relationships with clients and support long-term account development Develop, refine, and commercialize Professional Services offerings for the Swedish market Take ownership of one or more service areas, ensuring their continued development and market relevance Support business development activities and contribute to identifying new opportunities with clients Collaborate with colleagues across different markets and functions Contribute to the growth and development of our Professional Services business What we're looking for Strong banking sector experience and deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: regulatory reporting, risk management, ALM or treasury. Proven experience in a senior consultant, advisor, or similar client-facing role Experience supporting business growth in the Swedish market Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions Experience delivering projects and managing multiple stakeholders Commercial mindset with an interest in developing and growing service offerings Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders Willingness to travel within Sweden and occasionally to other company operating regions when needed Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are strongly preferred due to the client-facing nature of the role.
