Senior Consultant - Package Implementation

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Configuration Items CIs in the ServiceNow CMDB
• Perform CI onboarding updates relationship mapping and retirement activities
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy through reconciliation and data quality checks
• Support Discovery Service Mapping and CMDB governance processes
• Generate CMDB reports and assist with audits and compliance reviews
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Application and IT Operations teams

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of experience in CMDB or Configuration Management operations
• Handson experience with ServiceNow CMDB
• Strong understanding of CI lifecycle relationships and CMDB data models
• Experience with CMDB reconciliation reporting and data quality management
• Good analytical problemsolving and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of ITIL Configuration Management processes
