Senior Consultant - Procurement

• 7+ years of work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Government procurement procedures, GeM, GFR, CVC guidelines, tendering, contract management, vendor management, and procurement planning.
• Proficiency in preparing RFPs/RFQs, bid evaluation, procurement documentation, cost estimation, market analysis, and procurement MIS, with strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-procurement platforms.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with government departments, legal teams, vendors, and implementing agencies.
• Ability to manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate procurement risks, and deliver procurement outcomes within prescribed timelines.
