About the role

Bangkok Eye Aesthetics Co., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Content Creator to join our marketing and communications team on a full-time basis. Based in Bangkok. As Senior Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, producing and managing high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and supports our business objectives in the aesthetics and eye care sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across digital and search marketing channels, aligned with business goals and audience insights

• Create, edit and produce engaging content including written copy, visual assets, video content and multimedia materials for website, social media, email campaigns and digital advertising

• Optimise content for search engines and digital platforms to improve visibility, engagement and conversion rates

• Manage and oversee the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content across all marketing channels

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, graphic design, and front role teams to ensure brand consistency and content alignment

• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

• Stay informed of industry trends, digital marketing innovations and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and competitive

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience in content creation, digital marketing or a related field, with at least 1 years in a senior or leadership capacity with good-excellent in English
• Proven expertise in creating diverse content formats including written content, video production, photography and graphic design concepts
• Strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) principles and digital marketing best practices
• Demonstrated experience managing content across multiple digital platforms including social media, websites and email marketing platforms
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools and design software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for storytelling and brand building
• Experience in the aesthetics, beauty, healthcare or wellness industry is highly desirable
• Leadership capabilities and experience mentoring or training team members
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and paid advertising platforms is advantageous
