Senior Content Creator

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Content Creator to lead the development of engaging, high-quality content across social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies, generating fresh content ideas, and producing compelling content that strengthens brand awareness, drives audience engagement, and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute creative content strategies across social media and digital platforms in line with brand and business objectives.

2. Lead the ideation and creation of high-quality, engaging, and trend-driven content, including social media posts, short-form videos, campaign concepts, scripts, and other digital content.

3. Research and identify the latest social media trends, viral content formats, audience interests, and competitor activities to develop fresh and relevant content ideas.

4. Take ownership of the end-to-end content creation process, from concept development and scripting to production, publishing, and performance analysis.

5. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, Design, Video, and other cross-functional teams to execute creative campaigns and content initiatives.

6. Develop compelling storytelling and creative concepts that effectively communicate brand messages and increase audience engagement.

7. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including reach, engagement, views, and conversion, and use insights to continuously optimize content strategies.

8. Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual direction, and content quality across all communication channels.

9. Stay updated on emerging digital, social media, and content marketing trends, and proactively introduce new formats and creative approaches.

10.   Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Requirements

1. Diploma or above, preferably in Journalism, Chinese Language, Communications, or related fields.

2. 3 years experience or above in content editing or social media/content operations.

3. Familiar with online community culture and content creation; experience writing about digital content or community insights is a plus.

4. Strong writing skills with the ability to plan and produce diverse content; creative and adaptable writing style.

5. Good understanding of social media trends and able to produce high-quality content quickly based on trending topics.

6. Strong execution, high sense of responsibility, and good teamwork abilities.
