Senior Content Creator

Shoaib Projects Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Content Creator who can develop engaging digital content, transform ideas into compelling visual stories, and maintain high-quality creative standards across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital content, storytelling, audience engagement, and visual communication, with the ability to manage creative projects independently from concept development to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
• Create engaging digital content for social media, marketing campaigns, and business communication.
• Edit videos, reels, promotional videos, and other multimedia content to maintain professional quality and audience engagement.
• Design visually appealing graphics, social media creatives, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, hooks, social media posts, and other marketing content.
• Transform ideas into compelling visual stories through a combination of writing, design, and multimedia production.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual quality across all content.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, and competitor content to identify creative opportunities.
• Manage content projects, revisions, and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with management and team members to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Take ownership of the complete content production process, from research and planning to final delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in content creation or a related creative role.
• Proficiency in content creation, video editing, graphic design, and content writing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and practical execution skills.
• Good understanding of digital platforms, visual storytelling, and content trends.
• Familiarity with industry-standard creative tools and multimedia production workflows.
• Strong communication, research, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and willingness to incorporate feedback and revisions.
• Intermediate education or above; relevant experience and demonstrated skills will be prioritized over academic qualifications.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
