Content Creator (AIS)

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end content planning across social media, digital platforms, and campaigns.
• Create engaging content concepts and key messages tailored to target audiences.
• Coordinate with agencies, creators, influencers/KOLs, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Leverage consumer insights, trends, and performance data to optimize content effectiveness.
• Hands-on video editing skills for social media and short-form content.
• Proficient in AI tools for content creation, ideation, visual/video production, and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in Content, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and audience behavior.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools and short-form content creation.
• Familiar with AI-powered content, image, and video tools, with an ability to apply AI effectively in daily work.
• Able to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and deliver within deadlines.
