Senior Content Editor

We're looking for a Senior Content Editor with 5+ years of editing experience who understands modern SEO, editorial standards, content strategy, digital reputation, and content distribution. This is not just a writing role, we're looking for someone who can research, plan, write, edit, optimize, fact-check, and manage content across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand how content builds authority, ranks in search engines, supports brands, and communicates effectively with different audiences.

Core Skills

● Strong understanding of modern SEO updates and search engine best practices.

● Experience with semantic SEO, entity mapping, topical authority, and search intent optimization.

● Strong knowledge of complete SEO processes, including On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.

● Ability to perform technical writing and create technical documentation when required.

● Experience creating and managing Wikipedia pages, especially in challenging or competitive niches.

● Journalism experience with an understanding of press releases, editorial articles, and Neutral Point of View (NPOV) writing.

● Ability to evaluate content notability, suggest improvements, and maintain editorial standards.

● Experience using editing tools and AI-assisted tools for proofreading, grammar improvement, content cleanup, and workflow efficiency.

● Ability to create editorial policies, fact-checking guidelines, and review content according to established standards.

● Ability to write business content including legal pages, About Us pages, Vision & Mission statements, policies, and corporate communication.

● Strong creative copywriting skills for campaigns, websites, landing pages, and brand messaging.

● Ability to create content plans, content strategies, and editorial calendars.

● Understanding of modern communication styles, including Gen Z language and audience behavior.

● Ability to research topics deeply and create SOPs, documentation, and repeatable content processes.

● Comfortable working with CMS platforms, including drafting, editing, formatting, and publishing content.

Digital Presence & Reputation Skills

● Understanding of Online Reputation Management (ORM) and brand reputation strategies.

● Familiar with major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and other content channels.

● Ability to create and maintain author profiles across multiple platforms while maintaining credibility and consistency.

● Experience participating in online communities, discussions, and forums such as Reddit, Quora, and other industry communities.

● Familiarity with Medium and Web 2.0 publishing platforms, including their guidelines and content practices.

● Ability to support digital PR, thought leadership, and authority-building initiatives.

What We're Looking For

● 5+ years of proven professional content, editorial, journalism, or SEO experience.

● A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with content editing, PR, journalism, ranking blogs, SEO content, or digital publishing.

● Ability to research, analyze, edit, and improve content for quality, accuracy, and performance.

● Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar, communication, and editorial judgment.

● Comfortable working independently and managing multiple content requirements.

● Able to adapt to different industries, audiences, and content formats.

● Willing to handle different responsibilities including writing, editing, drafting, CMS publishing, content research, content optimization, and content operations.

● Comfortable supporting tasks beyond traditional content work, including image generation support, outline creation, AI-assisted workflows, and other evolving content requirements.
