(Senior) Content Program Creator (Gen Z Topics Focused)

Summary

We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and adaptable Content Program Creator / Editor to develop and sustain content programs focused on Gen Z culture, lifestyle, and emerging trends.

The ideal candidate can turn ideas into practical initiatives, manage content and community activities, build strong relationships with KOLs and the MI community, and respond quickly to changing business needs. This is not a video-editing-focused position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and maintain new and existing content programs.
• Create and edit social posts, captions, articles, interview questions, and other content.
• Plan content calendars, recurring features, campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, MI community members, contributors, and partners.
• Coordinate interviews, collaborations, and community activities.
• Manage freelancers and external creators to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Review content performance and apply insights to future initiatives.
• Stay current with Gen Z trends, lifestyle topics, and social formats.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, editorial work, program development, social media, or community management.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, interests, and digital behaviour
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience working with KOLs, communities, or external partners is preferred.
• Outgoing, relationship-oriented, and comfortable engaging different personalities.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Basic video or visual-content knowledge is beneficial, but advanced editing skills are not required.
